What does heirloom quality mean?Every artwork is created with thought, care and quality craftsmanship. The artworks are printed onto archival quality materials, meaning they won’t fade or sag over your lifetime, when cared for correctly.
These works are not “on trend” or mass produced pieces, but art that was intended to be individual, timeless and atmospheric. Each limited edition piece is guaranteed for 75 years.
How long will it take to receive my artwork?As soon as you purchase your selected artwork, production will begin . Choosing the size and finish of your artwork means that each piece is custom made upon selection.
Please allow 3-4 weeks to receive your artwork.
Limited Editions and AuthenticityEach piece in the collection is a limited edition. Sizing and finishing options are made within this limited number. The finite number of any piece within the collection will never be exceeded. For this reason, each artwork purchased will be accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity - each one numbered and hand signed by Vikki.
Do you deliver internationally?SHIPPING IS INCLUDED with every purchase within Australia. For delivery overseas, please contact Vikki directly at hello@vikkicalvert.com.au
What is your returns policy?DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
Every artwork is carefully packaged using museum-quality materials to ensure it arrives safely. In the unlikely event that your artwork is damaged during transit, please contact Vikki within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. She will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.
CHANGE OF MIND
Each artwork is printed, framed or stretched to order specifically for you. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind once production has commenced. Please take the time to choose carefully. If you have any questions about sizing, framing or selecting the right artwork for your space, Vikki is always happy to help before you order.
FAULTY PIECE
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If your artwork has a manufacturing fault or does not arrive as described, please get in touch and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
